My expertise is in Labor and Employment law, where I have handled numerous cases, advised and negotiated settlements. I have vast experience at all levels in an organization as well as with both Danish and International workforce and have represented both the employee and employer side.

Furthermore, I have extensive experience in Data Protection law, which I have worked with since 2016. I also have experience advising our customers about everything from isolated data protection issues to implementing whole compliance processes. I have experience with whistleblower programs, including everything from the establishment of the program to handling of disclosures.

I have an international profile and outstanding language skills since I am Proficiency in English from Cambridge University and I have previously worked in a global English-speaking audit and consulting firm.

At Hulgaard Advokater I am responsible for Employment law, Information Privacy law and handling of whistleblower programs. I also work with Individual Tax law, Corporate law and Health law, including transfer of medical practices.

I also teach within the areas of Data Protection law and Employment law.

I am a member of Danske Advokater (Association of Danish Law firms) and Ansættelsesadvokater (Association of Danish Employment Lawyers).

I work in our office in Aarhus and administrative handling of my cases is carried out by Christina Gohs.
