I advise with a focus on startups, corporate law, financing, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

I have a proven track record in Danish and cross-border investments, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), where I lead the process, including legal due diligence and the drafting and negotiation of transaction documents. I advice on 20+ transactions annually, ranging from smaller investment rounds to larger, cross-border M&A processes.

Furthermore, I assist Danish companies in expanding abroad as well as foreign companies in establishing themselves in Denmark.

In addition to my work as an attorney, I am currently studying a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Aarhus University, where I have also previously taught contract law and property law.

As part of my law degree from Aarhus University, I had the opportunity to study at Fordham University in New York, specializing in international contracts.
